Kontinuierliches Mindfulness-Training während des Kurses verändert zentrale neuronale Strukturen und wirkt sich so unmittelbar auf unser Denken, Fühlen und Verhalten aus. Die hohe Wirksamkeit von Mindfulness-Trainings ist vielfach wissenschaftlich belegt. Unser Vorgehen
Concadora unterstützt Unternehmen, Teams, Führungskr.fte und Mitarbeiter:innen dabei, die handlungsleitenden Muster zu erkennen, zu hinterfragen und zu verändern – mit situativ passenden Methoden, Tools und Trainings. So entsteht Raum für gezielten Wandel, etwa für agile Führung und Zusammenarbeit.
Neben den Inhousetrainings wie Erfolgsfaktor Mindfulness begleiten wir Unternehmen bei der Entwicklung neuer Formen der Organisationsgestaltung, neuen Ansätzen der Führung und Zusammenarbeit sowie einer neuen Kultur. Seit 2015 organisieren wir in Zusammenarbeit mit der Universität Witten/Herdecke die jährlich stattfindende Mindful Leadership Konferenz, führen Forschungsprojekte, unter anderem mit der Universität Salzburg, durch und publizieren Videos, Bücher und andere Medien in unserem Verlag.
